North Sea Road - the journey along the seaNorth Sea Road - the journey along the sea
The North Sea Road is the route along the sea between Kristiansand and Haugesund. A refreshing alternative to E39 when travelling from south to west - or the other way around. The North Sea Road brings you to where adventure awaits. Your're driving on roads outside of the major roads. The nature and the sea are always at the centre of attention. People, atmosphere, culture and nature make the North Sea Road an adventure you shouldn't miss.
Suleskarvegen to LysefjordSuleskarvegen to Lysefjord
The trip to Lysefjord is one of Sørlandets most dramatic travel routes. Your starting point can be Kristiansand or one of the other coastal towns, and you can plan a fantastic day trip or longer round trip.
Setesdal - culture and natureSetesdal - culture and nature
Are you going swimming in Sørlandet - but you want to do it a bit differently? Why not let Setesdal be part of your route between Oslo and Kristiansand? Leave the traffic queue and boring gas stations along E18 alone in the summer heat.
s Riviera!The southern coast - Norway's Riviera!
One by one like a string of pearls, the white-coloured towns lie along the southern coast. The coast of Sørlandet in Southern Norway is often rightfully called the Norwegian Riviera, at least when it comes to climate and scenery. The coastal area is characterized by idyllic, warm coves, long beaches, islands and islets - and the rough and fascinating sea lurking just outside. Lindesnes marks a divide between the sea east and west.
