Go fishing in a boat on your own, or hire one with a skipper that can tell you where the fish is located. Fish from land on a still evening, watching the sun set in the horizon. Take a trip in an old fishing boat, chasing the really big ones out on the open sea: Sod, mackerel, coalfish being the most usual, but you can also get a scary-looking, but very tasty wolf-fish on the hook. In the evenings it's very popular to go "digging" for crabs. The crabs will come up to eat just below the surface, and with a good flashlight and a special device for getting the crab into the boat, you can invite all your friends for a feast the next day.
